築城400年を迎える『福山城』で、「海外バイヤー向けデニム商談会」及び「生産現場視察ツアー」を開催！

福山市では、海外バイヤーの招聘商談会や生産現場視察を通じて、海外販路開拓に挑戦する市内のデニム関連事業者を支援します。また，この事業を通じて，福山市のデニムの魅力を広く発信し、海外における「福山」の認知度向上をめざします。

海外バイヤー向けデニム商談会は、令和の大普請を終え、築城400年を迎えた『福山城』で開催します。「デニム商談会in福山城」と銘打ち、2022年11月5日（土）に開催！

城内「湯殿」・「月見櫓」を会場に展開される商談会は、欧米豪、アジア圏域などから選りすぐりのデニム・ジーンズ専門のバイヤーを招請。参加事業者と海外バイヤーとの架け橋となります。

『福山城』で商談会を開催することで、海外バイヤーに福山の魅力を体感していただくほか、福山のデニム関連事業者の高い技術を伝えるため，「生産現場視察ツアー」も同時に開催いたします。

Denim business meeting for overseas buyers and Production sites tour will be held at Fukuyama Castle, celebrated its 400th anniversary.

Fukuyama city will support local denim-related companies challenging to develop overseas sales channels, through the business meeting with invited overseas buyers and the production sites tour. This business meeting is also aiming to spread the charm of Fukuyama city’s denim and increase awareness of Fukuyama City overseas.

The denim business meeting for overseas buyers will be held at Fukuyama Castle, celebrated 400 years since it was built, just after completed major renovation in Reiwa era. This meeting will be held on November 5 (Saturday) under the title of “Denim business Meeting in Fukuyama castle”.

The best professional denim and jeans buyers from the United States, Europe, Australia and Asia are invited to attend the business meeting, held at Yudono (bathing house) and Tukimi Yagura (turret) in the castle. This business meeting will build bridges between participating companies to overseas buyers.

By holding the business meeting at Fukuyama Castle, overseas buyers can experience the Fukuyama charms. The production sites tour will also be held at the same time to convey buyers the advanced techniques of denim-related companies in Fukuyama city.
